While many men concern themselves with the size of their penis when erect, others would like to give the appearance of a longer flaccid member. The trick to a longer flaccid penis is relaxation. By relaxing the penis, the blood cells enlarge just enough to give the impression of more length.
This can be done through a breathing technique known as 2:1 Breathing or Long Exhale Breathing. It is extremely simple and shows effects after just a couple of minutes of practicing it. The best part is that it can be done anywhere and is unnoticeable to an onlooker.
How does Long Exhale Breathing Work?
Usually we breathe on a system of 1:1 without any pauses in between. This method is slightly different as we are trying to rid the body of as much carbon dioxide as possible. This increases the percentage of oxygen to carbon dioxide in the body. Oxygen expands the vascular system, which relaxes all body parts, including your penis.
How to Practise Long Exhale Breathing
The inhale breath is half as short as the exhale breath. The count is up to you, and as you practice more, you will find you can exhale for longer (3:1 or even 4:1), increasing the effects. Take a deep breath in to start and exhale all the air from your lungs and stomach. Inhale for the count of 3, hold for the count of 2, and exhale for the count of 6. You can choose to hold your breath after the exhale for a count of 2 or dive straight into the inhale.
Not only will this relax your mind, it relaxes the penis to add considerable and noticeable length to your flaccid member. This means you can be a grower AND a show-er!
